Konrad joined Cross Keys Capital as an Analyst in 2025. Prior to joining Cross Keys, he gained experience with boutique firms in Growth Equity, Investment Banking, and Business Consulting.

Konrad graduated with his B.S.B.A. in Economics from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond in 2023. While at the University of Richmond, Konrad was a defensive back for the Richmond Spiders football team.
